To start performing automatic Microsoft 365 backups you need to add your organization within Xopero ONE central management console. Luckily, it’s super-easy. Through Xopero ONE you have to log in to your Microsoft 365 account as Global Administrator and authenticate Xopero ONE using the code provided in our dashboard. The application will automatically register in Azure AD Portal, grant required permissions to backup the data and check the connection with Microsoft Graph API. And that’s it - your organization is added within minutes and the connection works in real-time. Now you can create your first Microsoft 365 backup plan or choose a predefined one from the list.
The real-time connection and automatic updates mean that once you add a new user to your Microsoft 365 account, it will be shown in Xopero ONE and it can be added to a current or a new backup plan and be automatically protected. Even without any user interaction.
